All commercial premises in Victoria—including offices, restaurants, retail stores, warehouses, clinics, and even home-based businesses—must maintain operational fire extinguishers to comply with Victorian Building Regulations and the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

Our certified technicians perform a comprehensive check including:

  • Visual inspection for damage or discharge

  • Pressure gauge verification

  • Tamper seal check and replacement if needed

  • Cleaning, re-tagging, and updating service logs

  • Advice on placement, signage, or type suitability
You also receive a digital compliance certificate after each visit.

Yes. We supply, install, and commission a full range of extinguishers—ABE Powder, CO₂, Foam, Water, and Wet Chemical—ensuring correct placement and signage in accordance with AS 2444:2001. Our team can also remove and dispose of expired or damaged units safely.

Failing to service fire extinguishers can result in:

  • Fines up to $50,000 under Victorian regulations

  • Voided business insurance in the event of a fire

  • Increased risk of injury or property damage
Staying compliant not only protects lives—it safeguards your business from legal and financial liabilities.
